Your Display Order — What to Expect + What We Need

When you order a display, two things happen at once: your showroom gets its display, and your installer gets trained and certified while building it. Our lead installer runs the install; your installer works every day of it alongside our team.

Certification training is the goal of a display install — not finishing the display

Purpose
Set expectations early — the timeline, what we bring, what you have ready — so install week lands clean for everyone.
When
When you order a display — before the install week locks.
Who
Dealer (owner / PM) + the installer they are certifying.
How this works — the shape of it
1
The week gets locked
Your display ships and we lock an install week with you. Install dates book real people — changes need two weeks’ notice or the week may have to be rebooked.
2
Delivery comes first
The display delivers about a week before install. It must be received, checked, and stored dry — installers never travel to product that has not landed and been confirmed.
3
We come to you
Our team arrives the afternoon before to walk the site. Install runs full days — plan for open-to-close access.
4
Your installer builds it with us
Every day, tools in hand. That is how certification happens — and working shoulder to shoulder with our lead installer is the best product education there is.
5
You end with both
Your display is up, and your installer is certified on the product — ready for your sold projects from day one.
The installer decision — make it before delivery
Your installer
Your crew or a sub you trust. They commit to being on site every install day. The display becomes their training build.
You want a recommendation
We bring an installer from our network. If you commit to using them on your sold projects, we cover their training days.
Why this matters: your first customer kitchen should not be your installer's first time touching the product. The display is the safe place to learn — with our team on site.
Before delivery — what ready looks like
–Old displays out and the space clear — our team starts building on arrival, not demoing.
–Wall condition known — reinforced walls (blocking) or we plan suspension rails with the order.
–Power where displays light — many displays include working lighting.
–Someone 18+ to receive on delivery day, and a dry storage spot until install week. Water ruins cabinets in an hour.
–Access and hours confirmed — parking, loading path, and full-day access for the install team.
Delivery day
–Count pallets and boxes against the delivery note before signing. Write any damage on the driver’s paperwork — it is your record.
–Photograph the delivery as it landed. One minute of photos protects you.
–Keep boxes closed and labels facing out — the labels run the staging and the check.
–Check the delivery off within days: every issue reported in one email, within 7 days, with ACK# + POS# + photos.
Install + training week
–Our team arrives the afternoon before for a site check.
–Full days — the schedule assumes open-to-close access. Long days are normal.
–Your installer is present every day, working — not watching. Missed days mean incomplete certification.
–The build covers the real product: base runs, wall cabinets, panels, fillers, toe kick, lighting, adjustment and finish.
–Questions are the point. The display is where they are free.
After install week
–Walkthrough together, sign-off, and your display is live.
–Your installer is certified — ready to install your sold projects, with our support behind them.
–Anything found after: same reporting path — one email, ACK# + POS# + photos, to customer support.
The gateCertification happens only on a display install, to standard — present every day, working.
What we confirm together before the week locks
–Who is certifying — name and contact of your installer, and that they are committed to every install day.
–Old displays out and the space clear before delivery.
–A receiver (18+) for delivery day, and dry storage until install week.
–Wall condition — reinforced (blocking) or rails needed — shared before the order finalizes.
–Full-day access for the install team, and two weeks’ notice on any date change.
No paperwork — a quick confirmation by email or on a call, so both sides are set.
Have your installer ready
–Their own tools — a standard finish-carpentry set covers it.
–Transportation to the site all days.
–A read through Know Your Order and this display’s install packet before day one.
–A running list of questions to bring — install week is where they get answered.
